All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration necessary to engage in the production, consultation, or other services provided by AD1 Film, in accordance with applicable industry standards and laws.

2. Submission of Information & Consent

By submitting any form on this website, including but not limited to Casting Applications, Consultation Requests, Screenplay Submissions, and Co-production Proposals,you agree to the following:

• • You certify that all information provided is accurate and that you have the legal right to share the submitted materials.
  • You grant AD1 Film a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to review, store, and process the submitted information and materials for evaluation, casting, consultation, or production-related purposes.
  • Submission of materials does not constitute a guarantee of selection, employment, collaboration, or compensation unless specified in a signed written agreement.
  • AD1 Film is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected submissions. No confidential relationship is established by submitting your materials unless explicitly stated in writing.
  • For casting submissions, you acknowledge that your photographs, videos, and personal information may be stored for internal use and potential future casting calls.
  • For screenplay submissions, you acknowledge that similar ideas may already exist within the industry and that AD1 Film is not liable for any perceived similarities between your submission and existing or future projects.
  • By submitting, you agree to waive any claims against AD1 Film regarding similarities between your submission and any AD1 Film productions, past, present, or future.
  • For individuals under 18 years old, applications must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
  • All submissions are voluntary and non-binding. We guarantee that your data will be kept strictly confidential.

• • You are solely responsible for any files uploaded. You may not upload copyrighted materials, images, or content that do not belong to you.
  • Review Only: By submitting your film via the Distribution Form, you grant AD1 Film a limited, non-exclusive right to watch and evaluate the film internally. This submission does not transfer the copyright or ownership of the film to AD1 Film.
  • No Public Release: AD1 Film will not publish, upload, or screen your film publicly without a separate, signed Distribution Agreement.
  • Chain of Title Warranty: You explicitly warrant that you possess all necessary rights for the submitted film, including but not limited to music clearances, archival footage licenses, and actor releases. AD1 Film is not liable for any third-party copyright claims regarding the submitted content.
  • Status of Submission: You acknowledge that submitting your film for review does not guarantee a distribution offer. If AD1 Film is interested, a formal “Sales Agency Agreement” or “Distribution Contract” will be issued separately.

3. Intellectual Property & Licensing

Unless otherwise stated, AD1 Film LLP and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material available on AD1 Film. These rights are fully reserved.

You must not:

• Republish material from AD1 Film.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from AD1 Film.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy content from AD1 Film.
• Redistribute content from AD1 Film.

By submitting materials to AD1 Film, you warrant that the materials are your original work and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. AD1 Film is not liable for copyright disputes related to submitted content.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AD1 Film makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the selection of applicants or production of submitted projects.
• AD1 Film is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
• Submission does not establish an employment, business, or contractual relationship unless explicitly stated in a signed written agreement.
