BIOGRAPHY

Zeynep Tezel is an actor who first performed on stage at the age of six and continues her training at the AD1 FILM workshop. Her approach begins with the script’s subtext and the relationships between characters. She explores a character’s desires, fears and conflicts, developing the performance through body language, voice and empathy.

An aptitude for learning languages is one of her strengths. She can work in Turkish, English, German and French, and perform with a standard American accent in English. She plays piano and has amateur dance experience informed by childhood ballet lessons, as well as amateur tennis skills.

Alongside acting, Tezel writes for the screen. She is the screenwriter of Sonra (Later), a 2026 social drama short film currently in post-production.
