“Victim” Selected for Prestigious Italian Film Festival
We are thrilled to announce that our short film, “Victim,” directed by Bahman Radan, has been selected to screen at the prestigious “Pino Scicolone” Film Festival in Italy. This international film festival, renowned for its commitment to showcasing innovative and thought-provoking works, will take place in Cefalù, Italy, from January 15 to April 30, 2024.

Everything You Need to Know About the Film Festival 2024 “Pino Scicolone”
The “Pino Scicolone” Film Festival 2024 focuses on comedy and romance-themed short films. Out of 2,500 submissions, our film was chosen to be among the finalists and will compete against other talented filmmakers for top honors, including Best Short Film, Best Director, and Best Screenplay.
This prestigious film festival, renowned for its celebration of cinematic creativity, offers a platform for filmmakers from around the world to showcase their talent.
A distinguished jury will award a €500 prize to the winning short film, as well as special prizes for best direction, best actor/actress, best foreign short, best animated short, best screenplay, and best original score.

This is the seventh international appearance of the film “Victim.” Previously, “Victim” was selected for the 2024 Vegan ÇİFTLİK Film Festival in Turkey, the 2024 Madeira Curtas Film Festival in Portugal, the 13th Riurau Film Festival in Spain, the 14th Edition of the Animal Festival and the 16th edition of FilmOneFest in the USA. Additionally, it was awarded as one of the top 100 films at the Three Acts of Goodness Micro Film Festival 2024 in California.
