Victim Receives a Distinction Award and US$300 Prize
Victim received the Distinction Award and a US$300 cash prize in the 2024 Three Acts of Goodness International Microfilm Contest.
From the Top 100 to the award result
The film had previously advanced to the contest’s Preferred Top 100 and participated in the online public-voting stage held from 15 to 31 May 2024.
The award certificate dated 6 September 2024 names Victim as a Distinction Award recipient. The related prize-payment document records a gross payment of US$300, zero withholding and a net total of US$300.
The film and its creative team
Directed and produced by Bahman Radan from a screenplay by Sara Moradi, the short follows a boy who tries to protect the family’s goat from sacrifice during Eid al-Adha.
Zahra Radanfar handled editing and colour grading, while Siavash Beigi created the music and sound design. AD1 FILM produced the film in Türkiye.
