Official Collaboration Between AD1 Film and Özgün Theatre
International production company AD1 Film, led by filmmaker Bahman Radan, has entered a creative partnership with Özgün Theater, under the artistic direction of İbrahim Nakçi, to launch a new collaboration in actor coaching and film production.
This partnership aims to enhance hands-on actor training, offer real opportunities within professional film environments, and strengthen the bridge between theatre and cinema.
The eight-month actor development track will culminate in a feature film project.
Through this collaboration, both organizations will offer immersive, project-based programs where participants train directly in real studio and stage environments — gaining not only technical mastery but also authentic on-set experience. Bahman Radan will lead the cinematic direction and on-camera coaching, while İbrahim Nakçi, Artistic Director of Tiyatro Özgün, will oversee the stage performance and theatrical training components.
The collaboration aims to position Antalya as a growing hub for actor development and independent film creation, marking an important step toward bridging the artistic language of cinema and theatre — a partnership set to continue through upcoming international co-productions in Turkey.
