ONE APPROVED SOURCE FOR THE FILM

Use one approved film record across every presentation.

Your EPK, film page, festival materials and professional profiles all rely on the same core facts. AD1 organises those facts into one Film Information Master, so titles, synopsis, credits, technical details, visuals and official links stay consistent wherever the film is presented.

WHAT AD1 PREPARES

Prepare the materials your film needs for its next professional use.

We start with the film and the materials you already have. Useful material is kept, missing information is completed, and inconsistent elements are revised before the agreed presentation files are prepared.

Film Information & Metadata

Official and international titles, logline, synopsis, credits, runtime, production and technical details, language and subtitle information, plus verified contact or rights information where relevant.

EPK & Presentation Materials

Online EPK, PDF EPK / Film Press Kit, approved film copy, key visuals and other presentation files included in the agreed scope.

Film & Filmmaker Profiles

Film and filmmaker information prepared for suitable professional profiles and industry databases, including biographies, selected credits, artwork and platform-specific metadata.

FILM INFORMATION MASTER

FILM INFORMATION MASTER

One film record. Every presentation material built from it.

The Film Information Master brings the film’s approved copy, credits, technical information, visuals and links into one working source. The EPK, film page and profile materials are then prepared from that source, so updates do not create conflicting versions.

ONLINE EPK

A shareable online reference for the film’s current information, visuals and approved materials.

PDF EPK / PRESS KIT

A structured presentation file for festivals, media, programmers and industry contacts.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions to answer before you send the film.

What should I send for the first review?
Send a private screener and the film information you already have. If available, include current credits, logline or synopsis, poster, stills, trailer, EPK, sales materials and existing film or database links. You do not need to prepare missing presentation materials before the review.
Do I need an EPK before contacting AD1?
No. We can start with the film and the materials you already have. If an EPK is needed, we define what it should contain after reviewing the project.
Can you improve materials I already have?
Yes. We review existing copy, EPKs, posters, film pages and profile materials first. Useful material can stay, while incomplete or inconsistent elements can be revised within the agreed scope.
Can I request only an EPK, Film Page or another single deliverable?
In some cases, yes. If the film already has reliable information and the rest of the presentation system is in place, a specific deliverable can be scoped separately after review.
What is the difference between an EPK, an Official Film Page and the Film Information Master?
The Film Information Master is the approved source for the film’s core information. An EPK packages selected information and assets for festivals, press and industry contacts. An Official Film Page gives the film a stable online reference point for approved information, visuals and links.
Can AD1 prepare IMDb or other industry-database materials?
Where the film is eligible and the platform supports the relevant fields, AD1 can prepare film or filmmaker information, assets and links for suitable professional databases and profiles. Publication and acceptance remain with the platform.
What is the difference between Film Presentation and Festival Strategy?
Film Presentation prepares and organises the information and materials used to present the film. Festival Strategy focuses on festival fit, eligibility, premiere conditions, priorities and submission planning.
How is the fee determined?
We review the film and current materials first. The proposal reflects what is already usable, what needs to be revised or created, and which presentation outputs the project actually needs.
START WITH THE FILM

Send the film and the materials you already have.

AD1 reviews the film, checks the current information and presentation materials, and defines the work needed for the film’s next professional use.
