The 2027 call is open to students from grade 3 through age 25. International entrants outside the United States are accepted, including eligible young filmmakers based in Türkiye and Iran.
International entrants must be affiliated with an approved school or institution and complete the additional institutional documentation required by the organiser. Entrants under 18 require a parent or legal guardian signature.
Standard entries run from 3 to 8 minutes.
