Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the fund, projects must meet the following criteria:
  • Project Stage: Open to narrative short films in advanced Development or Production stages with a finalized script.
  • Financial Readiness: Applicants must demonstrate partial funding or local resources already secured (e.g., 20-30% of the budget).
  • Rights & IP: The applicant must hold full intellectual property rights and be authorized to enter into co-production agreements.
